On September 12, just a days after the release of the AIB video Karan Johar sent out a, shall we say, strange tweet. The tweet addressed someone of some entity called talent and warned it of the consequences of romancing with overconfidence and delusion. It is widely being speculated, and not without reason, that this tweet is aimed at Kangana and is a reaction to AIB Parody Roast which Kangana performed in(and kind of endorsed).
The video was released on YouTube on 11th of September 2017 and consists of Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham sets' look alike, a SRK, Hritik hybrid-lookalike and it takes a fun filled yet hard hitting look at the sexism and nepotism prevalent in Hindi film industry.
Johar tweeted thus:

This begs the question - Is Karan Johar's cryptic tweet aimed at Kangana Ranaut?
Filmmaker Karan Johar — who has on more than one occasions lashed out at the actress after Ranaut accused him of being the ‘flag-bearer of nepotism’ on his show Koffee with Karan. He took to twitter to post a rather cryptic tweet to a “Dear talent”. He did not indicate clearly or spell who this "talent" is supposed to be.
The post came not too long after Kangana released a song which had her taking jabs at the director.
